Lighting the South China Tiger

  • Aired: 07/25/2017

  • Rating: NR
Occasionally Joel Sartore's photo shoots require being trapped in a cage, which means he can't set up the equipment needed to properly light his animal subject. When photographing the South China tiger for the Photo Ark, Joel has to rely on his translator/assistant Elaine to hold up the lights. Watch RARE: CREATURES OF THE PHOTO ARK beginning July 18 at 9/8C on PBS (check local listings)
